EVENT RECAP: A DELIGHTFUL CELEBRATION OF SELF-CARE!

What an incredible event we had at Sculpt Bodywork! The energy was palpable as we came together to celebrate the importance of self-care. From the moment you walked through the doors, you could feel the excitement in the air.

The highlight of the day was the $1,000 worth of self-care items and services that were given away as door prizes. The vendors were passionate and knowledgeable, sharing their expertise on everything from pain management and nutrition to hypnosis, hydrotherapy, massage, chiropractic care, and beyond.

It was truly inspiring to hear the vendors speak about the different ways we can take care of our bodies and minds. The message was clear - self-care is not a luxury, but a necessity for our overall well-being.

'The charcuterie boards from WildSalt Studio were the perfect accompaniment to this celebration of self-care. Beautifully crafted and bursting with flavor, they were a delightful treat for the senses. Other vendors that were eager to participate, including NuHealth, In Tune Nutrition, We’ve Got Your Back, Lucky Locks, Shift Happens and of course, Sculpt Bodywork.

This event was a testament to the power of community and the importance of prioritizing our own health and happiness.
